The Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence is pleased that Governor Polis and DORA have recognized the importance of the waiver requests sent on March 20, 2020 by the Center in partnership with the Colorado Council on Nurse Educators. This executive order clearly supports the need to ensure a robust nursing workforce pipeline during this pandemic and we are grateful to have received such a strong letter of support from the administration.
